Information for the media (April 2)

Announcement: ‘The Garden of Peace: the olive tree as universal symbol of peace’

Date and time: April 2, 18:00.

Venue: Carlos V Palace (Alhambra, Granada). Access to the walled premises through the Puerta de Carros.

Accreditations:

Accreditation requests must be addressed by mail to comunicacion@congreso.es, from the 24^th and until the 28^th at 15:00.

Requests must be sent from the relevant media corporation mail. Each request must specify:

• Name, surname, date of birth, nationality and ID number of the media representatives for whom the accreditation is requested.
  • The task to be performed by each individual (editor, photojournalist, cameraman).

Please attach the following to the accreditation request email:

• Photograph (format .jpg, 25x30mm and size below 1 MB)

• Data protection form duly completed and signed. The accreditation can be collected, prior submission of the ID document, at the access to the premises through the entry of Puerta de Carros (Alhambra) between 16:30 and 17:00 of April 2.  

Coverage: In-personal coverage shall be done at the areas allocated to the media.

Announcement: Forum on the Future of the Mediterranean

Date: April 3 and 4

Venue: Palacio de Congresos, Granada

Accreditations:

Accreditation requests must be addressed by mail to comunicacion@congreso.es, from the 24^th and until the 28^th at 15:00.

Requests must be sent from the relevant media corporation mail. Each request must specify:

• Name, surname, date of birth, nationality and ID number of the media representatives for whom the accreditation is requested.
• The task to be performed by each individual (editor, photojournalist, cameraman).

Announcement: Meeting of Speakers of Parliaments of the South of the European Union and the North of Africa

Date and time: January 27, from 10.30am.  

Venue: Hotel Meliá Salinas, Lanzarote

Accreditations:

Accreditations requests must be sent by email to comunicacion@congreso.es, from January 21 to 23.

Requests must be sent from a corporative email pertaining to the relevant media. Each request must specify:

• Name, surname, date of birth, nationality and ID of the media representatives for whom the accreditation is requested. 
• Function to be carried out by each individual (editor, photo journalist, camera man).

The following must be attached to the email requesting accreditation:

• Photo (.jpg, format 25x30mm and size below 1 MB)

Coverage: in person coverage shall be carried out in the spaces assigned to the media.

• The Congress website and YouTube channel.
